Why We Need You
The Louisiana Academy of Sleep Medicine is a not-for-profit state wide organization of professionals involved in the treatment and evaluation of patients with sleep disorders. All elected officials of our organization work on a volunteer non-compensated basis. Membership to our organization entails only a nominal fee. Sponsorship is therefore our primary means to support our mission.
What We Need
We are seeking sponsors at the following levels:
· Platinum Sponsor $2500.00
· Gold Sponsor $2000.00
· Silver Sponsor $1500.00
· Bronze Sponsor $1000.00
